  • 4cl Philbert Petite Champagne, Sauternes cask finish Cognac
  • 2cl “CanCan” Rosé Vermouth
  • 1,5cl Lemon juice
  • 2cl sugar syrup
  • 1 barspoon Denoix fennel liqueur
  • 5cl Grape Soda, Manfacture de Bordeaux
Mix in a shaker, serve in a large tumbler over ice, decorate with a rosebud and lemon zest.

Electro Biset
  • 3,5 cl Dovecote Cognac
  • 2,5 cl White Pineau des Charentes aperitifc
  • 2 cl Dolin Bitter
  • 1cl Denoix orange liqueur
Mix using the Cuban Roll, serve in an Old Fashioned glass over ice, decorate with pomelo zest and a walnut.

  • 1cl Clovis Reymond cocoa cream liqueur
  • 1/2 Lemon juice
  • 1 barspoon Guignolet cherry liqueur
  • 2 dashes tonka bean/vanilla bitters
Glisse (Slider)
  • 5cl Philbert Distiller Reserve, Petite Champagne Cognac
  • 1/2 Lemon juice
  • 7,5 fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 2 Briottet melon cream liqueur
  • Star anise
  • 2 slices fresh ginger
  • 1 dash Suze orange bitterse
  • Top up with sparkling water
